SHIT.
I don't know about you, but i wasn't expecting this at all.
Someone commented i might need to call it zombie Cthun sooner or later, and well, if it goes on like this: Yes. Goddamn.
Microscoping this would probally be like staring at one of those war movies with thousands of soldiers fighting at once. The fungi battle of the ages, including zombifying your victims.
We need someone to make that a movie, NOW.
The picture is self explanatory of what's happening. Though i did happen to find back the coin on the bottom, aside from the rust its really, really shiny now. Like all the dirt was eaten from the surface.
youve created the zombie plague!!!!
ReplyDeleteGood night sweet prince. ;~;
ReplyDeleteRequiescat in pace, Shoggoth.
ReplyDeleteWell, dirt is primarily organic matter keeping grains of sand stuck together. Not surprised the extreme environment would make use of everything it was given.
ReplyDeleteSo has Zombie Cthun permeated into the depths of Shoggoth? Or is most of the green zombie-goo just on the top?
ReplyDeleteJust trying to guess at Shoggoth's ultimate chances of survival. If Zombie Cthun is primarily just eating the surface, Shoggoth may have a chance yet.
SHOGGOTH! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
ReplyDeleteIt's funny because for it being a fungi is doing everything opposite from what we all expect.
ReplyDeleteHave you thought about stirring him? Maybe if Cthun needs air to survive, having Shoggoth all over him could turn the battle to Shoggoth's favor. After all, Shoggoth probably has much more mass.
ReplyDeleteJust an idea.
Oh, and aren't fire alarms supposed to have some radiating little thing inside them? Feed him one of those!
ReplyDeleteFuck it, feed them both to Grimer
ReplyDeleteLooks like an omelet. Wouldn't try tasting it though. :P
