No changes in the upper layer today. No growth. No movement. Not anything.
Im considering pushing it down into the lower, more liquid layer.
Or removing 1/4th or 1/3th of the liquid layer. Though shrinking in size, its still the biggest layer. But that would mean cutting down on food supply, or even removing parts of important chemicals.
Its a bit too risky.
Any suggestions on how to change shoggoth once more? I was thinking of injecting food coloring into the lower layer to see if the upper layer absorbs the lower layer.
I threw in a rusty bottlecap, by the way. Not really important but i have to note down everything that i throw in.

ReplyDeleteYou should grow a third goo and throw it in the middle of the warzone. Or find a dead bird or squirrel and put it in.
ReplyDeleteIt sounds like since the cluth incident shoggoth has been a little.. different. Try something radical yet safe, something to get it growing again. Maybe buy some milk, leave it outside for a week and then slowly pour more and more in each day. I'm assuming off milk will be bacteria heaven.

ReplyDeleteYour mask isnt going to be enough to protect you. Having somthing like that in your house means that every time you lift its lid to feed it or take pictures shit is going to be released. Every room in your house will have spores in the air, the mask may catch some particles when you ware it but the rest of the time you are at risk.
Good news: Most fungi and bacteria are opertunistic parisites. Meaning they wont be a problem unless you give them an inhabitable environment, and the human body is not a good place for fungi. BUT if you get sick and your immune system is weakened it is pretty probable that one of Shoggoth's children will start growing somwhere on (or in) you.
