Shoggoth.
Coin experiment; it hasnt moved but who expected that anyway, the yellow/white circle around it looks kind of solid at the moment and its barely visible on the bottom of the jar. I forgot to turn on the heating lamp today, dont know if that had any effect on shoggoth.
The water and juice i threw in yesterday is already gone, and all that is left is a few droplets of green liquid. I have no idea what this green liquid is, but its there.
Also, I accidently got a bit of shoggoth on my fingers, have some wounds from working, and goddamnit it HURTS LIKE HELL.

Is starting to look a bit boring so might feed it to shoggoth sooner or later... Throwing in the usual recipe.

You should start feeding Shoggoth more substantial food, maybe some meat, minced meat would be easiest to digest.

ReplyDeleteWell, i don't think you need to worry bout maggots if the jar is kept sealed except when you feed it. I doubt maggots would be much other than food for shoggoth, and if they somehow survived, i think the lack of oxygen would screw them over. The biggest problem meat can cause, as far as i can think of, is a bad smell, and i have a feeling shoggoth is already past that point.
